With Kristin’s help I was able to lose the remaining 25 pounds I wanted to, increase my overall muscle tone and feel confident in my clothes again. Kristin created a personalized workout program that was based on MY fitness goals that I did both in-person with her and on my own at the gym. In addition, she gave me nutrition guidance and really pushed me during our sessions to get the results I wanted much quicker than if I was doing it alone.

About Kristin

Hey, I’m Kristin! I’m a mom, wife, certified personal trainer and an entrepreneur. I’m obsessed with all things fitness, cheering my two boys on the sports fields, family vacations, beach walks and a good skinny margarita. I’m so happy you’re here!

My fitness journey has taken many forms - from being an athlete through college, to getting back in shape after having two kids, to now designing programs built for busy lives and sustainable strength. I’ve trained clients of all levels, from those just starting out to seasoned lifters looking for their next challenge.

My mission with Lifted is to make strength training simple, effective and empowering. I want to give you the tools that fit into your lifestyle and help you build real, meaningful habits that will give you the strength, body, and mindset that you are looking for!
